Anti-Fraud Policy

MonstarAds is committed to maintaining a network free of fraudulent traffic and misleading advertising. This Anti-Fraud Policy outlines prohibited activity and how it is enforced.

1. Prohibited Activity

• Bot, script-generated, or other non-human traffic
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or click injection
• Incentivized traffic not explicitly approved for a campaign
• Falsified leads or manufactured conversions
• Misrepresentation of traffic sources, GEOs, or targeting methods
• Misleading advertising or false claims about an offer

2. Monitoring

MonstarAds applies ongoing traffic-quality monitoring across the network, including automated checks and manual review, to identify irregular patterns.

3. Investigation and Enforcement

Accounts flagged for suspected fraud may have payouts withheld pending investigation. Confirmed violations may result in forfeiture of related payouts, account suspension, or permanent termination from the network.

4. Reporting Suspected Fraud

Publishers and advertisers can report suspected fraudulent activity through our Contact page.

5. Cooperation

Publishers and advertisers agree to cooperate with MonstarAds' review process, including providing requested documentation related to traffic sources or campaign performance.
