Advertising standards
Campaigns are reviewed against FTC advertising guidance, including clear disclosure of material connections and accurate representation of offers.
Consumer consent
Lead-generation campaigns must document consumer consent in line with applicable requirements, including TCPA where relevant to the offer.
Email & messaging
Campaigns involving email marketing are expected to follow CAN-SPAM requirements, including honoring opt-outs promptly.
Prohibited traffic
Incentivized, fraudulent, or misrepresented traffic is prohibited across the network and subject to account review.
How compliance is monitored
