Publisher Terms
Last updated: placeholder — to be set at launch
These Publisher Terms apply in addition to the general Terms and Conditions and govern your participation in the MonstarAds network as a publisher.
1. Application and Approval
Publisher accounts are subject to review, including verification of traffic sources, experience, and compliance history. MonstarAds may decline or revoke approval at its discretion.
2. Traffic Requirements
Publishers must generate traffic through compliant, disclosed methods. Incentivized traffic, bot or non-human traffic, cookie stuffing, and misrepresentation of traffic sources are prohibited unless a specific campaign expressly permits them in writing.
3. Compliance
Publishers must follow applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws, including disclosure requirements, and must obtain any consumer consent required for a given campaign (for example, TCPA consent for outbound calls or texts).
4. Payments
Payouts are calculated based on validated, compliant conversions as recorded by MonstarAds' tracking systems. Payment schedules and methods are confirmed during onboarding and may vary by publisher.
5. Campaign Guidelines
Publishers must follow the specific creative, targeting, and disclosure guidelines provided for each campaign. Deviating from campaign guidelines may result in withheld payment or account review.
6. Fraud and Quality Review
MonstarAds monitors traffic quality on an ongoing basis under our Anti-Fraud Policy. Accounts found generating fraudulent or low-quality traffic may be suspended, and related payouts may be withheld pending review.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the publisher relationship as outlined in the publisher agreement provided during onboarding. MonstarAds may terminate immediately for violations of these Publisher Terms.
